How to consume Chia seed?

To obtain the expected results in our diet we should introduce this magic seed.



Chia can be consumed in pure form or mixed with other healthy foods, fruit juice of your choice.

Can also be incorporated into salad or yogurt preparation. If the consume in pure form, ideally a spoonful of soup 30 minutes before food, so we give the seeds time to prepare our stomachs.
